Enso continues to give back to the area through hosting and implementation services to a non-profit organization.  The organization is now able to take advantage of Microsoft collaboration and messaging technologies to work more efficiently towards their goal of helping the community!

Enso follows its design process by beginning a pre-pilot style rollout to specific individuals throughout the organization that are representative of certain functions within the environment.  This allows specialty software that might have issues with the new implementation to be known early, as to mitigate the risks brought by the implementation.

Once the pre-pilot phase of a project has been completed, a pilot operation will begin.  The pilot / rollout operation begins.  A structured rollout process, which facilitates automation where ever possible will allow for an expedient distribution of infrastructure into the new environment.  Documenting all configurations and installations of equipment and software into the environment will allow for repeatable installations by the customer in the future.

Enso in some cases will continue to work with the existing IT staff of an organization to maintain the infrastructure of clients.
